When using light stable solvent-based inks or solvent inks;the images can be archived for longer period of time. The PVA resin coated surface combined with an ultra smooth ink jet coating prevents paper cockle and yields photo realistic images. The gloss surface of the solvent vinyl provide for optimum viewing in any lighting environments.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Printing:
The print side is wound to the outside of the roll.
Printer Setting:
To optimize print quality, printers should be set for the highest resolution print quality mode.
The suitable ICC profile is needed to create. The recommended ink saturation level is around 280%.
Printer and Ink Compatibility:
The material can be printed with all solvent-based inks designed for wide format printers.
Dryer: Low heat is advised.
The Pre-heat heater is suggested to turn off.
The temperature of After-print heater is at 50~60 degree C.
